Windows 10: Drivers for Terratec products

Hello !

I have a Terratec Cinergy T-Stick Dual-RC USB Key (to watch DVB TV in France). It works great with Windows 7. But it doesn't work with Windows 10.
I contacted Terratect to ask for a Windows 10 driver . Here is the answer :

So Terratec products will not work under Windows 10... Ever... Sad *Sad

Sound card

Tried that like 10x times with at least 5 different driver versions of Terratec. The only one making the sound work is the oldest, v1.23.02. With every other driver, the Terratec is recognised as it's own type of device (in device manager) instead of as
a sound-device, the Control Panel cannot find it and there are no Terratec Sound-devices (neither play nor record) in the sound manager.

Just noticed something else too: It's impossible to change the sample rate, it's stuck at 176.4kHz and throws an error when I want to change it.

Edit: It's impossible for me to change any setting, ASIO-latency and MultiChan/MultiDevice throws me the same error of "close down any application that's using the DMX 6Fire". Checking Task Manager shows no application active hat's using any Terratec-related
software or hardware. Weird stuff's going on...

 

Terratec DFB-T USB-Stick, Windows 10, Blue Screen at shutdown

After updating to win 10 I allways get a Bluescreen if I try to shutdown with pugged in Terratec DFB-T USB-Stick.

The same by unplugging the stick or try to deinstall the driver. All drivers are the latest I could find.

Stick and ArcSoft TV 5.0 apart from that works well.

 

These things happen sometimes. You could try here and try the Windows 8 driver.

Thank you for your answer.
Of course I know that may happen. I just wanted to spread the word.
The Windows 8 drivers are the same than the 7. And it does not work either.

 

I understand your loss as I've been in the same situation but hardware does obsolesce.
