Windows 10: Driver issues on Windows 10 when using dual GPUs GTX 1660 and GTX 660

Hello, I’m having an issue with driver compatibility. I’m using a GTX 1660 6GB EVGA as my main GPU, and I’ve recently installed a GTX 660 2GB EVGA to dedicate it to cryptocurrency mining. However, my Windows 10 system only recognizes the GTX 1660, while the GTX 660 isn’t recognized and shows the following error in the Device Manager:"This device is not working properly because Windows cannot load the drivers required for this device. Code 31"I’ve tried installing and uninstalling drivers multiple times and even attempted various troubleshooting steps, but nothing has worked so far. I’ve seen

1.4x More Power Efficient Than Pascal

120 Frames per Second in Competitive Games
The GeForce GTX 1660 Ti outperforms prior-generation GPUs and excels in modern games with complex shaders. It is up to 1.5x faster(1) than the GeForce GTX 1060 6GB and allows gamers to experience 120 frames per second at 1080p in popular online games such as Fortnite, PUBG and Apex Legends.

The GeForce GTX 1660 Ti features 1,536 CUDA® cores, 6GB of the new GDDR6 memory running at 12Gbps and a boost clock of almost 1.8 GHz, which can be easily overclocked for further performance.
