Windows 10: Driver Hive corrupt Please help

Watched plenty of Youtube videos regarding using SFC, CMD restore health, etc, not sure how the problem began. Every windows update keeps failing. If anyone could help that would be great thank you. Had to use a site to upload the screenshot cause the tool kept failing to upload the one I intended to use Screenshot

Where do I find copies to replace corrupted files?

The Drivers registry hive is corrupt.

Try a System Restore rollback. If a System Restore rollback is not possible, please do the following:

Use RegBak to backup the entire registry hives, including the "components" and the "drivers" hives.

Once done, please upload the following items to OneDrive and share the link here:

• "DRIVERS" hive from c:\windows\RegBak\
  
• "c:\windows\inf\setupapi.dev.log"
