  1. Driver crash and unistall themself

My games crashed after a short time and probably under directX 12. After a while, the game crashed, the graphics driver uninstalled and the Windows boot also started unistall himself and blocking me on a black screen. I did a complete reset with reset and reinstallation of Windows and the bug continues. I get a blue screen with the Error code: video_DX...._.... I did all the update required. All the DELL update, intel, Nvidia, I did a DDU, nothing seems to work. My configuration: Intel I7 13650HX Nvidia 4050Windows 11

This is most likely due to an installation/upgrade error with ATI driver's. I suggest doing DriveSweeper and the following:
    • Drivesweeper all drivers & in Safe Mode
    • Unistall all drivers that aren't used in DriveSweeper (CCC Profiler Updates, MSI AfterBurner, anything related to ATI that use's it's drivers.)
    • After you do this, the first thing you need to do is go into Device Manager and Unistall your ATI Drivers

Once your done, restart the PC and then try installing the latest drivers.

I had several issues with this in the past, but I overcame it with logical reasoning and whenever I have a driver issue, I just use these steps and I always overcome the problem.

    Best of luck! *Toast :toast:

  3. Can't unistall the Windows Driver Package - Graphics Tablet

    Hi

I am attempting to unistall the windows tablet driver as it is clashing with my Huion graphics tablet driver and causing it to crash a lot or become inoperable. I followed the clean boot steps as instructed in an article I found here on the support site
    but unfortunately it didn't work.

I keep getting an error message saying the driver isn't found, but it clearly shows up in the control panel - install/uninstall programs list.

I have attached the error message I keep receiving. Any help on this matter would be greatly appreciated.

    GPU-Z 0.8.7 crash on launch

W1zzard is asking you to test so that he can suggest next steps and be able to troubleshoot the issue you have.
If another version works, it would be one set of steps.
If several other versions also fail/crash, then it would be another.
