Windows 10: Download error - 0x80070643

I'm having this issue with updating my windows, Download error - 0x80070643. It won't let me update. I've attached the screenshot of the message. I tried the solutions given but none of them worked. Anything I can do to get it resolved?

Try to apply the update manually As suggested by Microsoft. I just wrote a
step by step guide.

However be sure that the update itself is downloaded and that the installation part is failing, and not the downloading part.
