    Hello all,Problem: Double keystrokes "aa" instead "a" when using certains MS Windows 11 apps like search and Windows settings, MS Store and Feedback Hub. In other applications, the keyboard works fine, even in Windows Control Panel. Sometimes no keystroke is recognized when I press a key, e.g. in MS Feedback Hub. This happened after installing Citrix Workspace.I tried unsuccessfully: Shut down and remove power and all cables. Restart after 4 minutesRan keyboard tester. According to the tool all fine.I modified Filter Keys in various ways.Used different physical keyboards and on-screen Keyboard

    Feedback Hub freezed. Reinstall doesn't help.

    To resolve this issue, let's clear the Windows Store app cache and then re-install the Feedback Hub again. To clear, follow the steps below:

    • Click Start.
    • On the search bar, type CMD, and right-click CMD
      from the results.
    • Click Run as administrator.
    • Type wsreset, and press Enter.

    We also suggest that you download and install any pending updates that need to be installed on the computer through Windows Update and check if it helps resolve the issue.

    Is there a key to delete character ahead of the cursor?

    Hello Stephen,

    As of the moment, deleting the characters next to the cursor is unavailable. You can only delete characters by moving the cursor to the right side. You can always send a suggestion via Feedback Hub app so that it can be added or included on the next update.

    To send a feedback on your phone, you can follow the steps below:

    1. Go to All Apps, search for the Feedback
      Hub app.
    2. Open the menu icon at the top left side.
    3. Select Feedback, then at the top right side, tap the
      add
      button (+).
    4. Select Suggestion and fill up the box with the details of the feature you want to be added on Windows phone.
    5. Select the right category for the suggestion and then submit.

    Hi Idiot,

    We acknowledge the experience that you are having with regard to Cortana. This behavior occurs if you have your Internet Options settings configured to disable local caches and databases.

    To resolve your Cortana issues on Windows 10, we always recommend to follow the steps on this article.

    For those who already followed all the steps mentioned in the article, it is very important that you submit a feedback so we can do further investigation.

    We encourage you to submit your issue using Feedback Hub. You can either vote on an existing submission or submit a new issue. When you submit a feedback item, we gather additional details and information about your issue that will
    help determine what’s causing it and address it. Feedback items regularly receive Microsoft responses on the submissions in the Feedback app so you can see what we are doing about your feedback. Please revisit frequently to see the status of your feedback
    items.

    In order to submit a new feedback, please follow these steps:

    • On a Windows 10 device, search for “Feedback Hub” in Cortana search, then launch the app.
    • Navigate to Feedback in the left menu, then press + Add new feedback.
    • Select the Problem, and share any details you think are relevant, and choose an appropriate category and subcategory.
    • Important: If possible, reproduce the problem(s) after clicking Begin monitoring (or Start capture) near the end of the form; Stop monitoring when
      you’re done.
    • Once you’ve completed the form and monitoring, click Submit.
    • Click Continue using Feedback Hub.
    • Click My feedback at the top, then find the item you have submitted (it may take a while to appear).

    I think we (everyone who doesn't work for MS in some capacity), understands, this is the last bastion of the intellectually deprived. If it so commonly copy & pasted to SO MANY inqueries then one of moderate common sense would come to the conclusion that
    perhaps a highly visible tab OR ANYTHING, that could ease the ability of the common user to get there would be a no brainer for MS Community Leaders. But alas "NO".

    So perhaps asking the question why won't they do it, how many times must moderators and such continue this laughable and pehaps even morally obtuse course? How about we have a contest and see which MS educator (so to speak) does this the most and verbally
    reward them with intellectual rebuke?!

    This is not a hard problem to solve as long as there is ANYONE at MS who actually beleives in the customer. And it really is that simple.
