Windows 10: don't know the password to get into a hp laptop

I have used HP Laptop. I don't know the password. Do I go and I was trying to reset the p cI have used HP Laptop. I don't know the password. Do I go and I was trying to reset the PC.And I got to The page, it says troubleshoot a click on it. And it goes straight to advanced options. And the only 2 things on that page is start up settings in the UEF. S firmware settings

Volume Mute Light won´t change color

For my model only up to win7 is listed and HP says that it does not provide win 10 upgrades for a laptop my age. Don´t know how to open or use msconfig-my computer skills are very selective and all in all very poor.

I need help getting into a hp envy sleekbook as I forgot my password and I can't access my computer. .and suggestions

 

will FF lockwise work from my laptop. Have IP, don,t carry or use it.

Not alongside passwords but you can save secure notes containing that information.



If you install the extension in Firefox on all machines you just need the one master password to login and access all passwords.
