Windows 10: Dolby Atmos not outputting to AV Reciever but DTS unbound does.

I have both spatial audio apps on my windows 11 PC, DTS unbound and Dolby Atmos. My windows 11 PC is run through a Hisense U8K for a display with eARC from the U8K handling audio to the Onkyo 7100. Setting my spatial sound to DTS: X for home theater. Outputs the sound to my AVR which displays the correct signal information, DTS:X on its front panel. However, when using Dolby Atmos for home theater, its only outputs a PCM signal which is displayed on my AVR. I know something is wrong because with my previous setup. I had Dolby Atmos displaying on my AVR when using Dolby Atmos spatial sound. Its

We would like to confirm if you have check if you Dolby Atmos can be dectect by your computer?

We suggest that you check if its being detected by following these steps:

• At the bottom right side of your screen, where the Time and date can also be located, look for the
  sound icon.
• Right click on the sound icon, a smaill window will pop up with the Sound
  menus.
• Click on the Playback Devices.
• The Sound window will appear with the Playback
  tab.
• Look for Dolby Atmos to make sure that it is properly installed.

If its not on the list in Playback Devices, kindly check if its listed in Device Manager by:

• From the Start menu, type in Device Manager, then
  Enter.
• Then click the Sound, video and game controllers driver.
• Look for Dolby Atmos, then right click on it, then click
  Unintall.
• Once done, remove your Dolby Atmos device and restart you computer.
  

After your computer has restarted and your are in the Desktop screen of your computer, connect your Dolby Atmos device. It should automatically be installed in your computer by giving you prompts. Once successfully installed, kindly check if it is detected
now by you computer in Playback Devices.

Dolby Atmos or DTS:X is working in movies, but not when using the spatial sound option

I recently bought a receiver which has hdmi, and supports every digital format from DTS and Dolby, I recently tried to enable dts:X for home cinema from the dts sound unbound app, I also tried Dolby Atmos for home cinema from the Dolby access app. I figured it would work, because when I play movies Atmos and DTS:X are both working fine. But when I enabled DTS:X or Dolby Atmos for home cinema form the apps they both didn't work. My receiver says it isn't receiving a signal when using Dolby Atmos for home cinema, and when i'm using DTSX for home cinema it says DTS 0.0 on the screen. The weird thing is that when I go and play a movie with DTSX or Dolby Atmos it is working completely fine. When I play atmos content (those demo's) from within the Dolby access app it is also working fine.

A couple of quick questions, can you get it to work with a Headset?

In the license section at the bottom of your attachment, what do you have licenses for?

I am currently using the Realtek Digital output into an external speaker system that has the DTS and Dolby capabilities. Dolby Atmos does require a very high bandwidth to transmit the signal. And even the Digital (Optical) cable is not enough to do Dolby Atmos. A Coaxial audio cable should be able to handle the bandwidth. I can't use the coaxial because there is no output on my desktop for that.

You may be able to get it to work on Headphones.
