Windows 10: dolby access does not download in the store or the application

A few days ago wen I oppened the dolby access aplication, a message of needing an update appeared so I tried to do it but it never loaded always stayed in 0% so I decided to uninstall the aplication and install again but now it doesn't download it from the store. What can I do or it is just a problem of the app ?? Please some help.

couldn't download dolby access from Microsoft store

I am unable to download dolby access app from microsoft store not only dolby access for any app it is showing some error.

I have reset the app and again i tried to download but no use it is showing the same error.

please help me with this...

A. Make sure that you are signed in to the same Microsoft Store account that you used to purchase Dolby Access for headphones.

If you are signed in to a different account, the purchase may not be recognized.

B. Open the Microsoft store app, go to the three-dot menu in the top-right corner, and select Downloads and updates Check if Dolby Access is listed under owned and verify the purchase is associated with the correct account.

C. Make sure that the Dolby Access application is up-to-date. Open the Microsoft Store app, go to the three-dot menu in the top right corner, and select Downloads and updates. Check if there are any updates available for Dolby Access.

you can also try uninstalling and then reinstalling Dolby Access.

if Is none of this resolves the issue, I recommend checking with the entity as it is a matter of payments, we can not help in these matters.

you may need to contact Dolby support for further assistance or request a refund through the Microsoft Store

DOLBY ATMOS APP ON WINDOWS STORE SHOWING ERROR

Hi Michael,

One of the known issues with Dolby Access is prevent some users from being able to download Dolby Atmos for Headphones after activating a trial.

Customers impacted should contact Dolby using the support link in the store listing or by pressing “Feedback” from within the “Info” section of Dolby Access.
