Windows 10: Does the "Windows Backup" Settings sync actually work?

I've been trying to figure this out all day and getting nowhere.The agency I work with has 100+ computers, the were all local accounts on each and recently we joined them to Intune. The plan was to allow preferences to carry from one computer to another if they are reassigned or given a new computer.Edge syncs fine, OneDrive files sync fine Intune policy automatically moves folders to OneDrive to keep them current and all that. But.. the System Settings don't sync.First I checked policies - made sure all policies have the sync allowed or enabled, and it seems to work. Then I saw that it c

Unable to sign in to Google Backup and Sync

Hello,
I am having trouble logging in Google Backup and Sync on one particular Windows 10 PC in my house.
It started around the April updates.
All my other PCs could log in to Backup and Sync without problem, but my main PC cannot.
I tried many methods (registry cleanup, firewall, antivirus, etc.) and even using the ISO to reinstall Windows 10 (still keeping my apps and files) but I still get an "Error Something went wrong. Your account might not have been added" message when I tried to log in on the first step for Backup and Sync after reinstalling the software. When tried to log in with a browser, after all the steps the browser got stuck on a blank page without anyway to proceed.
I sought support from the Google Drive forum, but the suggestions they gave still did not solve my problem, and then they just gave up. I wonder if anyone here could help me?

I suggest you to Turn off the Language preference and Ease of access Sync settings and check if it helps. You may follow the steps below and check if it helps:

• Press Windows key and then type Sync your settings.
• Turn off language preference and ease of access.
