  1. Does the agreed terms when installing windows os give microsoft the rights to remove...

I installed Windows 10 on a new PC. I used my current Microsoft login which is shared with my laptop I lost my photos from my current laptop. When I investigated what happened I see I did not delete any files as nothing was in my recycle bin on my laptop. I found that some of my photos have been transferred from my laptop to the new PC. This was not done by me , as I do not purchase One drive storage Microsoft sent only 5GB worth and kept the rest in cloud storage. Do I need to pay to get my files back?

    :)
