Windows 10: Does anyone know what this script mean?

my friend Rene is building a pc and he installed linux on intel procesor 2 gb of ram and this script show on recovery mode /dev/sda1: UNEXPECTED INCONSISTENCY: RUN fsck MANUALLY i.e. without -a or -p options fsck exited with status code 4 The root filesystem on /dev/sda1 requires a manual fsck Busybox [etc as above, two lines long] inittramfs___

auto trivia restart script?

I know everyone is so busy here so I'm suggesting an auto restart script so trivia is a benefit instead of a burden. Can anyone make this script?

 

Constant script errors and slow loading pages in 10 internet explorer 11

I have done the steps listed above. They have not helped and I am still getting constant script errors, along with slow loading pages. Are there any other suggestions?
