Windows 10: Does a person need TWO accounts to have Microsoft office on their iPhone and desktop computer?

I do not understand why I have a $99.00 charge on my CC, but my account on my computer shows that my year subscription isn't due until Sept. 2025.The only thing I can figure is that I have a separate account on my phone - which I use but cannot access the different account information.I need help. We ought to be to call a HUMA for these answers.

Connect my iPhone XR to Windows 10 desktop

I need to connect to iTunes to backup iPhone contents and sync my iPhone XR with new purchases from the Store to my Windows 10 desktop. According to Apple, the Windows 10 desktop must be Unlocked in order for
iTunes to update and sync to my iPhone XR.

I get the message "Trust This Computer? Your settings and data will be accessible from this computer when connected wirelessly or using a cable." when I connect the iPhone to my Windows 10 desktop via usb
cable.

My specifications are:

iTunes Version 12.10.7.3.

iPhone XR iOS version 13.3.1. Version 13.5 available.

Windows 10 Version 1903 for x64-based Systems (KB4497165).

I have tried previous suggestions:

Reset Location & Privacy on iPhone.

Tried a different USB cable for connection of the iPhone and Windows 10 desktop.

Turned off Wi-Fi on iPhone.

No personal hotspots defined on iPhone.

Found this article: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT202778. Followed the suggested steps with no luck.

unlock the device? Which device -- PC or iPhone?

Any suggestions?

A visual update of both the contextual command bar and ribbon palette to align with Microsoft’s Fluent design, implemented using our open source components.

More performant menus on the contextual command bar that open faster and are resizable.

How it works To try out the updated contextual command bar and ribbon palette, just open a Word document, PowerPoint presentation, or Excel worksheet, and start editing its content. The contextual command bar is at the bottom of the screen or at top of your iPhone’s onscreen keyboard. It offers a list of commands that are most relevant based on your current selection.

NOTE: You can access more commands by tapping the ellipsis “…” icon in the contextual command bar. Scenarios to try

When editing a PowerPoint slide, use the contextual command bar to insert an object such as a Photo from a Camera or Web, Stock Images, or Shapes.

Select and format text in a Word document.

Choose functions on the Formulas tab of the ribbon palette in an Excel worksheet.
