Windows 10: .dll names appearing where they shoud not be

Hello, if you saw the title of the question, I saw some .dll names like Winlangdb.dll, language id. That annoys me since I didn't have the issue before, it started around 1 year ago. I tried the sfc /scannow command but that didn't work, here are some screen shots of the issue. If someone knows the fix thank you because I don't want to see that any more, oh I forgot to add one more thing: I tried switching between all my languages that I have installed but the issue still persists

DLL Missing

The problem is, that the required DLL is not actually even listed there.
There are just dozens of download adware links from the top to the bottom.

DLL Missing

I actually posted the link for the "list of troubleshooting steps to resolve your boost_threads.dll problems" which is located half way down the page. I did not mean to promote any downloads.

Why don't I just go back and indicate that on my original post? That way there's access to the 'step-by-step' instructions, which are accessed via those green 'plus' signs next to the topics.
