Windows 10: DISM.exe /online /cleanup-image /startcomponentcleanup seems to be having an issue cleaning...

Windows 10 home 64-bit Version 20H2 OS Build 19042.985 Installed RAM = 16 Gb Storage = 1 Tb SSD System = HP ENVY m7 Notebook All recommended updates from HP applied All available updates from MS applied Almost all of the things I run are browser based Chrome Version 90.0.4430.212 Official Build 64-bit. That said, to the best of my knowledge absolutely everything on this notebook works without issue. Except the following. The issue: I run ......... DISM.exe /online /cleanup-image /AnalyzeComponentStore and it says there are 2 reclaimable packages and that cleanup is recommended DISM.e

Hi .

Im running Windows 10 Pro x64 (1909 ) buid 10.0.18363.628

When I run the command :

dism /online /Cleanup-Image /StartComponentCleanup

It stuck at 20%

and I get Error: 5

Access is denied.

In the dism.log I see this lines ...

I want to say the when I use the commands

dism /online /cleanup-image /checkhealth

dism /online /cleanup-image /scanhealth

dism /online /cleanup-image /restorehealth

this comands works successfully , but when I try dism /online /Cleanup-Image /StartComponentCleanup

then error: 5 Access denied

I would like know what cause this issue . and fix it

To troubleshoot your concern, we suggest that you run DISM Restore Health command. Refer to the steps provided below:

• Open Command Prompt (Administrator).
• Type the following command:

DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

3. Press Enter.
