Windows 10: DISM error 3017 trying to fix activation error

Hello. 2 year old HP laptop is suddenly failing activation and I wish to REPAIR rather than clean install due to number of apps I've got installed. I have tried to do an in-place repair but says "cannot do this - not activated".sfc /scannow won't run - says "outstanding repair fix needs to be done - please restart" and a reboot doesn't change this.dism returns error 3017. So it looks like I have some corruption but I cannot do a repair because its not activated. help!

got the install.wim, mount it, and then dism /online /restorehealth.

then i got this error

Error: 3017

The requested operation failed. A system reboot is required to roll back changes made.

The DISM log file can be found at C:\Windows\Logs\DISM\dism.log

 

Sfc /Scannow corrupt files found and Dism Error 3017

I managed to bring my laptop to a technician and he was able to fix it the next day my laptop did a microsoft windows update and suddenly the problem occured again corrupt files found and dism error 3017. It was a security update for adobe flash so I tried
uninstalling it but an error pops out saying that the uninstallation was unsuccessful. Pls help.

Guys please help when I tried scanning my laptop (windows 10 64-bit i7) to see if my laptop it says Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files but was unable to fix some of them. So I tried using dism restore health then an error 3017 pops out saying

Opencl.dll is corrupt false note issue about Microsoft that I've been hearing about or if its something else and I don't know how to check and how to fix it. If it helps here are both my CBS and Dism Log links please help
