Windows 10: Disk Usage stuck at 100%

Hi, I’ve had a Dell Inspiron 15-3567 for 3 years and for the past month or so my disk usage has been stuck at 100% even when not in use. In task manager I can have processes at .1 mb/s and still have 100% usage. I’ve checked for malware and ending tasks doesn’t seem to do anything. Do you guys know how to fix this?

100% disk usage
