Windows 10: Disk usage hitting 100%

I had windows 10 version 20h2 and disk usage hit 100% constantly,so I tried many solution like chdsk,disk scanning, enabling power mode, disabling services like windows update,windows search,print spooler,diag track,sysmain.i tried every solution in youtube and even contacted microsoft through get help and they couldn't fix it. Then I downgraded windows into windows 10 version 2004,then the problem is still there but it's way better. Any one know how to fix it? My spec: Processor:Intel i5 8250u Ram: 8gb+ optane 16 gb Edition :windows 10 home single language

Ps: i saw many users are facing this problem and I found that everyone had same os edition windows 10 home single language so is that a bug in home edition?

100% disk usage

The most common cause of 100% disk usage appears to be Superfetch and Prefetch, but there are also other causes. You can try disabling both these features and see if it helps.

Disk usage 100%

Hi,

I recently installed a new motherboard and CPU, since doing this I have noticed that my disk usage always hits 90-100% frequently.

From what have seen under task manager its the system hogging this mostly, but varies as then it can be service host taking up disk usage.

I have read all the other answers and disabled everything that the forums have suggested yet i still have the same problem!

Does anyone have any suggestions on what to try ?
