Windows 10: Disk cleanup is not cleaning Windows defender none critical files

Hi guys, i have a strange issue which i never really could find a fix, everytime i run disk cleanup and i try to clean windows defender antivirus none critical files, the size just increase when i re run disk cleanup up again. Please dont give me the regular speech of run dism/sfc/rest pc, do gold standard of re installing the entire Operating system because its better then money can buy rubbish, please just give me a solution so I can fix the dam thing. I don't understand why running disk cleanup utility in Windows 10 causes the windows defender antivirus none critical files to keep increasing in size

Files in disk cleanup

Rest assured, it is totally safe to delete everything suggested by the Disk Cleanup Process, please tun the Disk Cleanup twice as explained below, please remember to untick your Downloads folder if you actually store files in that folder . . .

Open File Explorer

Click on your hard drive

On the Manage Tab, click Cleanup

Let Disk Cleanup do its initial scan

Select Everything in the list and choose Delete

Start Disk Cleanup again

Let Disk Cleanup do its initial scan

This time in the resulting dialog, click 'Cleanup System Files'

Let Disk Cleanup run another scan

Select Everything in the list and choose Delete

 

Can't delete Windows Defender non-Critical Files

According to Disk Cleanup description, I should be able to delete Windows Defender non-Critical files which I can see them growing each week. Since my MS Surface Pro has very limited storage, I selected these non-Critical files to be deleted but somehow
after the completion of Disk Cleanup, the Windows Defender files are NOT deleted. By the way, I did turn off Windows Defender before I run Disk Cleanup to make sure that none of the Windows Defender non-Critical files are being held.

Can someone please let me know how to get Disk Cleanup to work? Thank you.
