Windows 10: disable Internet connection via ethernet and stay in internet from SIM LTE/4G

Hello I have notebook DELL with windows 10 pro, where I have inserted SIM LTE/4G , Sometimes I need stay on internet and use diagnostic HW VAS6154 which is created own ethernet connection . So when I connect this diagnostic HW I have Ethetnet connection which is no internet connected . in same time I want use internet from SIM card but there is problem . In widows it seems like ethernet is superior than SIM, and in same time even I have connection of sim enabled and connected to network I cant use it for internet. What to do that I can use this diagnostic hardware and in same time intern

I understand that you want to access internet using the 4G LTE connection and the LAN connection simultaneously. However, only one network connection stays active at a time i.e. if you are using 4G LTE internet connection, the LAN connection will be
disabled automatically.

Use LTE for internet while ethernet port is connected for docking to my car

Hi. I need help. I cannot configure the mobile communication network (SIM LTE) and Ethernet (ethernet port via cable) to work simultaneously. The bottom line is that I connect to the machine via a wired connection (ethernet port) and at the same time I need Internet from my cellular network (SIM LTE) . As soon as I connect the ethernet port, the Internet connection immediately disappears and in order for the Internet to appear, I need to disconnect the ethernet port and then the Internet via SIM is available again. How do I set the priority? To make the Internet work through a mobile SIM (LTE) network, but at the same time an ethernet port via cable was connected?

I've tried almost everything.
“Interface metric” field to 1 for the cellular Network and for Enthernet field - 11. Internet Protocol version 4 (TCP/IPv4) and Internet Protocol version 6 (TCP/IPv6). I checked the Get-NetIPInterface. The priority has changed, but it doesn't help.
In the BIOS, Wireless Auto Disconnect is OFF.
Priority and WLAN - Disabled in the Ethernet settings.

Nothing helps.

Which are the steps i have to make in order to use LTE for internet while ethernet is connected for docking to my car?

I want to know if it's possible to use a ethernet connection, and keep being connected with LTE?

I have a Lenovo L14. Windows 10 22H2
