Windows 10: Disable efficiency mode

Not per application. Not right clicking on task manager and "disabling efficiency mode". Disable the fucking thing, forever.I didn't pay 3k for a computer for you shitheads and your fucking environmental causes to put restrictions on my machine.Fuck you, fuck the environment.How do I disable this shit?

I cannot disable efficiency mode for firefox.

How do I permanently disable this feature for Firefox? The option to do so is greyed out in the task manager. For other programs, efficiency mode can be enabled and disabled, but not for Firefox, which is also the only program to be in efficiency mode. I do not want my browser to run unnecessarily poorly.

There is no Power and Sleep settings. Can only see Power, Sleep and battery settings.

Going into Power, Sleep and battery settings, there is no Related Settings nor the Additional Settings page.

I can see the Power Mode and have changed to Best Performance.

Rebooted laptop and Efficiency Mode is still running all over the place, not just Chrome and Edge.

Outlook, Windows Audio Device, my custom applications, many are running in Efficiency Mode.

Please, for the love of God, just tell us how to easily disable Efficiency Mode for good in Windows.

Everything slows to a crawl with this Efficiency ****.
