Windows 10: DIRTY VOLUME - CHKDSK REPAIR - WHEN FORMATTED AS exFAT - WILL NOT WORK - HERE IS THE REAL FIX

You got the - dirty volume - for your exFAT drive and cannot get it fixed no matter what you try and it is beginning to look like the only thing you are going to be able to do is reformat, and lose everything, and start all over.Don't worry. I know how to fix it and it is guaranteed to work or double your money back.The cure, that has always worked in the past is the CHKDSK Repair, but this time it will not work. external exFAT drive was marked dirty, chkdsk/f/r stuck at volume label

Windows 7 froze while moving a file from c: to d: (exFAT) upon restart the video played but wmplayer shut down when it got to the corrupted part of the file. No problem? Just delete... there is no delete. Delete key? Nothing. I could have duplicated that
file but was no longer able to move files to the d: drive >Error 0x80071AC3: Volume is Dirty< Copied a smaller test file from d: back to c: which still works.

which got stuck at the volume label and has been for hours. The drive is still shows up with the correct label but now is denied access and shows no data under properties. I know this isn't normal but can I kill the process without damaging the drive or filesystem?
Is it hiding the contents to protect any action that might interfere with chkdsk or did it just reformat and basically delete all my files for no reason? Here is the elevated command prompt after restart, the above link did not resolve the dirty bit as seen

Formating to exFAT

If you want to format an external hard drive or USB flash drive in exFAT, you can follow these steps:

• Press and hold Windows key + x on your keyboard. This open the context menu.
• Select Command Prompt (Admin).
• Type format g: /FS:exFAT and then Enter to begin formatting the G drive as exFAT

Hello --- I have a vhd file that is formated as exfat --- each time I attach it, I get a message to run chkdsk. --- after chkdsk is done it reports no

errors --- why is this?
