Windows 10: 'DirectX 12 is not supported on your system' although I'm running geforce gtx 1070 and...

Just downloaded Marvel Rivals and been trying to get it to run on my gaming laptop but every time it just spits outirectX 12 is not supported on your system. Please update your Windows 10 64-bit operating system version 1909 or later and upgrade your graphics card driver. Ensure that your graphics card meets the minimum requirements NVIDIA GTX 1060 or AMD RX 580.I'm up to date on Windows 10 2022 Update Version 22H2 and running a NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1070. I am totally clueless as to what the problem may be and wondering if I should just re-download the game entirely.

Is DirectX 12 Ultimate supported by the GTX 1650?

The Nvidia GTX 1650 does support DirectX 12, but does not support DirectX 12 Ultimate, Nvidia support only began with the GeForce RTX 20 and 30 series GPU's

NVIDIA said that DirectX 12 is currently supported only on
GTX 600 series and newer, and DX 12.1 on GTX 900 and newer.

NVIDIA also said that DX 12 update for GTX 400 and 500 series will come in a driver update later this year.
