Windows 10: Directx 12 error while playing death stranding

Few days back my HP Omen 16 laptop faced a hard disk error so i had to replace my nvme ssd, i used to play death stranding which i downloaded from epic games when my old nvme ssd was present in my laptop. It used to work completely fine then. Now after replacing my nvme ssd of samsumg with msi then after installing the same game in my new drive i come through following errorBuild : dso 206/2742586 17:50 - Thu Aug 04 2022Internal system error occured.An Access Violation C0000005h has occurred in thread 'Main' at instruction location 00007FF714998975hBase: 0x00007FF713250000CallStack : 4131955

Before assisting further, I would like to ask you few questions:

  What happens when you try to play the games with the DirectX 12? Do you get any error message/code? If yes, then provide us the complete error message/code.
  

If you are unable to play games which doesn't support DirectX 12 then, you can manually download the supportable DirectX for the games.

Some games comes with the supported DirectX application embedded within the game's application, so that you can install it manually from the game.

You can also try to open the games in the compatibility mode.

  Click on the ‘compatibility’ tab and check the box ‘Run this program in compatibility mode for’ and select Windows 8/8.1 operating system from the drop down menu and proceed.

BSOD when start playing death stranding

I am playing PC game death stranding recently and face occasion hang when playing, sometimes it is just hang and return to desktop, but recent crash just directly BSOD when I first loaded into the game.

Windows version: Windows 10 Pro Version 20H2 19042.685

Directx 12 errors?

While playing Final Fantasy XIV online, I keep getting a directx error. Is there a way to fix this? I am running windows 10 and have directx 12 installed. Though FF14 uses directx 11.
