Windows 10: direct play & directx 9.0 on windows 11

i installed gta san & when i opened it says you need directplay & directx9 to run. i just want to ask will i get any window problem if i enable direct play? and if i install directx from windows website. i saw this youtube video doing the stuff.https://youtu.be/rOsb3EBE_S8it will not wreck the laptop right? few months ago while installing game i got blue screen error which was scary as hell.os win11ram 8gbhp laptop

DirectX 9 on Windows 11

We have a desktop application we sell that requires DirectX 9 to function. If our customers upgrade their computers to Windows 11 are they going to have any issues with the software running/installing DirectX 9? Are there any ramifications or things we need to be aware of related to software that uses DirectX 9 running on Windows 11?

As I've searched online and read through various forums etc. I am seeing a lot of conflicting information but I haven't been able to find anything definitive or documented, so any authoritative help on this subject would be great.

Thank you for your response. The 9th version of Direct X had already been downloaded and installed. From this page. My graphics card probably is not compatible with DirectX 9 or Windows 10 can not use the DirectX version 9 for an unknown reason.

Thank you for your response. Unfortunately, my problem remains. The latest version of DirectX is downloaded and installed. In addition, the latest update for DirectX 9 is also downloaded and installed. But when installing Microsoft's Store Apps, I still
encounter this message: "Direct X 9 is required"
