Windows 10: Didn't receive activation email

So I've been using a pirated copy of windows 10 pro for the past 5 years and I finally decided to actually buy a legitimate copy of Windows 10. I bought windows 10 home using the website, but after I put in my billing information and stuff like that the screen displayed that some sort of error occurred, but the charge still went through. I haven't even received any sort of confirmation email so as it stands, I've just blown $150 on absolutely nothing. I've been trying to contact customer support but it seems impossible to actually get ahold of someone to actually help me resolve this issue. Do

Notification didn´t appear

Windows 10 has ben released for 1 day and a half,and I didn´t get the notification for installing.I reserved it.Can anyone help me?

PS I am running Windows 7 and it´s up to date.
