Windows 10: Didn't get verification code on my email

So I want to sync my Microsoft To Do from my phone to windows. However after I downloaded the app on windows, I get a notice 'Because you're accessing sensitive info, we'll send a code to xxxx to verify your identity.'The problem is I never receive my verification code on my email, I tried everything, re-sign in, looking at junk email, etc, it's just not there.here's the ss https://imgur.com/a/naFf9Pe can't upload my screenshot herePlease remember that I can access my account, I just never receive my verification code on email, there's no other option to receive my code on my phone or
