    Sorry for the inconvenience caused to you. I’ll certainly help you with this.

    There could be a corruption with the Family Safety settings. I suggest you to remove and re-add the account.

    Follow these steps:

    • Go to
      https://account.microsoft.com/family#/
    • You will see the child account listed with a message saying that the invitation has been sent.
    • Click on Remove option and select the child account with the "invitation has been sent" message.
    • Click the Add option and re-enter your child's email address.

    Also try the suggestions provided by k_zed on November 28, 2015
    to a similar issue in the following link.

    Hi. I'm Brian and I will do my best to help you.

    Are you saying you sent an order or that you received an order? IN any event, Defender comes with Windows 10 so there would be no reason to order it.

    Bytes sent to Dropbox ip address ....

    It is the same computer. I recently began checking to see what addresses outgoing packets/bytes were being sent to. And there were a few that were questionable to me. The data sent to DropBox, being most obvious to me. Any suggestions as to next steps
    would be greatly appreciated. I have a security program that returns no findings upon full or quick scans. I have used MBAM free and also returned no findings. Presuming I have been 'attacked/infected' what should my next steps be?
