    Diagnostic policy service not running


    My internet doesn't work when I do troubleshooting it's showing diagnostic policy service not running. I trying as administrator - doesn't work.I try reinstall drivers but no luck.I don't have the disk to recover from back.Any suggestions?Thank you in advance
