Device PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_5916&SUBSYS_81DE103C&REV_02\3&11583659&0&10 requires further installation. Help my laptop is glitching out when i plug in to my monitor.

I am using a program that is not displaying correctly. Their help desk is telling me that my driver needs updated. Everything worked before I did a windows 10 update and when I go to control panel and check for driver update, windows says that I have the
current driver. When I check the log I get this message:

Device PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_2992&SUBSYS_2802103C&REV_02\3&21436425&0&10 requires further installation
