Windows 10: Device not started igfx

I saw a Device not started igfx under the event log of my IntelR UHD Graphic 630. Below are the event logevice PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_3E9B&SUBSYS_18711043&REV_00\3&11583659&1&10 had a problem starting. Driver Name: oem15.inf Class Guid: {4d36e968-e325-11ce-bfc1-08002be10318} Service: igfx Lower Filters: Upper Filters: Problem: 0x0 Problem Status: 0xC00000E5 Please help.Now my display have a lot of even gray color. Current refresh rate is 240Hz, when change the 60Hz, the line get lesser but still visible.

I am unable to control the brightness of my laptop screen and further troubleshooting has the above message.

Other details are as below:

Can anyone please guide me on what could be going wrong in here.

i already tried update driver, cleaning driver, use drivertools, download driver from manufacturers website,

its just not work at all, i need help

Open Device Manager, then expand the Display Adapters section, fo you see Intel HD graphics listed there, and if so, is there an exclamation mark beside that device?

If that device does not have an exclamation mark beside it, then the driver is installed correctly and you should be able to play your games.

Where are you seeing IGFX _win_101.1191 listed, is that in Windows updates or somewhere else?
