Windows 10: Device locked from account management, and the account is compromised. How can I access my...

My account was compromised and in doing so, they locked my device so I can no longer even use my pin to sign in. I am lost as to what I can do being that I don’t have the option to use a different t account

Here are some steps you can take to remove yourself from the family and regain control of your account:

1. Sign in to family.microsoft.com with your Microsoft account.

3. Select Remove to confirm.
   

If you are unable to leave the family group, you might need to remove the consent that was given by the adult who added you to the family.

So my administrative email account associated with the Microsoft Account has been compromised. I still have password access to the Microsoft account. I attempted to manage my Microsoft account security settings and replace the security information to my
updated cell phone number. The current security info (via alternate e-mail address) is compromised by the same person that has compromised my Administrative email account for Microsoft. I am lucky enough to have the password to get into my Microsoft account
but I don't know how long it will last. What can I do to block this person's current access to my account. And from there what can I do to change my account settings to a secure e-mail account? Time is of the essence as I don't know how long I'll have password
access to the Microsoft account. Thank you for y'alls time.

I see what you mean about the password but i think its a backward step to compromise my Microsoft password to to use the app store
