Windows 10: device broken in registry

Discus and support device broken in registry in Windows 10 Drivers and Hardware to solve the problem; I'm getting this error on the HID part of the touchpad of my laptop and I can fix it after I tried SDF and DISM it just won't accept the drivers and...     I'm getting this error on the HID part of the touchpad of my laptop and I can fix it after I tried SDF and DISM it just won't accept the drivers and the mouse part of windows says that the system can not find the file specified even though it shows the name of the driver and it should be able to find it and I need help fixing my touchpad without replacing my computer or resetting it
