Windows 10: Desktop is clickable through taskbar edges

I've recently installed a fresh windows, but there's an annoying feature happening, whenever I go to the bottom left/right on my taskbar instead of opening my Start Menu it clicks on my desktop, and it happens the same when I try to use aero.I've just noticed that I can click to my desktop under the whole are under my taskbar, it's like there is a gap there as if my resolution or icons were not align correctly.When I hover over directly into the Windows logo, it works just fineBut if I go to the extreme corner on the left bottom side of the Button and right click or left click, it acts like I'

Desktop and taskbars problems

For some unknow reason we have 2 taskbars and 2 desktops on the same screen. On one taskbar the taskbar's icons are visible but not clickable. One set on icons belonging to one desktop are visible but not clickable we cant move them around the screen
and have no control on them. The second taskbar is visible and clickable. The second set of icon belonging to the second desktop and clickable, movable etc...

To make it easier to run the computer and avoid to have the 2 taskbars one on another we have move one on top of the screen. The second taskbars remains at the bottom. We cant do nothing with it.

What can we do to remove one of the two environnement?

 

Pin Microsoft Edge to Taskbar

Edge Search Does Not Permit Change of Region


I got these suggestions from the Microsoft Community forum.No. 1 worked for me:

Thank you for posting the query on Microsoft Community. I am glad to assist you on this.
We have reproduce the issue here and we are able to access non-regional search for google using Microsoft Edge.
I would suggest you to try the below steps and check if it helps.
Step 1:
Clear browsing data option of Microsoft Edge and check if you face the issue. To do so perform the steps below.

1. Click on the More actions icon next to the feedback icon present on top right corner of the Project Spartan homepage.
2. Select Settings and click on Choose what to clear.
3. Check the boxes Browsing history, Cookies and saved website data and Cached data and files and click on Clear.

Step 2:
I suggest you to create a new user account and check if the issue occurs.

1. Go to Settings.
2. Choose Accounts and then select Family and other users.
3. Select add someone else on this PC.
4. Enter a user name and hit next.
5. Click on Finish.
6. Sign out from the current Account and Log into the new account.

Step 3:
It could also happen because of network issue. I suggest you to try with different network connection and check if it helps.
