Windows 10: Dell M4600 won't install Microsoft store or OneDrive

I just bought a Dell M4600 on eBay and I restored Windows to factory settings, however when I reinstalled Windows I went through the prompts and got it up and running, it said that OneDrive wasn't signed in. I looked at this after hours of updating drivers and doing Windows updates. So, I clicked on the icon in the bottom right corner, and it disappeared. I clicked on it again and nothing happened, so I went into the Microsoft Store to see if I could reinstall it, and it needed an update. After the update, it closed itself and when I tried to open it again it would open for about 2 seconds and

k2100m in Dell M4600

Hi.

I buy nvidia k2100m with mxm IIIA for my Dell m4600.
Card was from Dell m4800 it fits perfect in m4600 slot , but bios doesn't recognize it *Frown
I flash vbios with unverified bios from vbios collection but card is still not recognized.
I try to change device id from 10DE 11FC (k2100m) to 10DE 0DFA(my oryginal 1000m card) , flashed ok. but stil doesn't work.
I using nvflash -4 -5 -6 bios.rom command from usb booted bios.

Is anything more that i can do to make this gpu work in my dell m4600?

microsoft store games won`t play

when I download a game from the Microsoft store it won`t play

the splash screen appears then goes

I have a core i5 with an nvidivia graphics card I tb hdd and 8 gb ram

I have tried the diagnostic for microsoft store and it say cache may need fixing.
