Windows 10: Dell Latitude e6430 not turning on

So I installed new ram to my laptop but then the laptop wont turn on anymore. I placed the original ram back and it still did not turn on. LCD Built-in self test BIST works I also heard a beep after the lcd BIST test stopped automatically and the battery icon keels blinking in white instead of its old yellow blink the battery does not work/charge

All my laptops (Dell E6430s) have some weird issue with updates.

Cannot Setup Windows Hello on Dell Latitude E6430

I am trying to setup the fingerprint scanner for Windows Hello on my Dell Latitude E6430. However, when I run through the setup process, the progress bar runs to about 40% then a window pops up saying, "Sorry, something went wrong. Close Windows Hello, and
try going through the setup again."

I have the correct drivers installed, and I updated the reader's firmware.

lumia 820 does not work as internet router for dell latitude E6430

Does anybody have any idea why the Lumia 820 does not work as internet router with my Dell Latitude E6430?? I´ve got Win 8 running on this computer, and can´t understand why my phone Works perfectly with a Toshiba Satellite running Win 7, this makes no sense.



Nokia says it´s not their problema and Dell says it´s not theirs.



Three guys in the office have the same problem as I do and none company can give us an answer.
