Windows 10: DELL latitude 5420, Control Vault w/ Fingerprint Touch Sensor problem

Hello!I have problem with DELL Control Vault w/ Fingerprint Touch Sensoron windows 11 its working very unstable at logon screen, when i wake up my laptop - it works from time to time - when logging with different method PIN - in other applications or in settings adding second or third fingerprinttried:- reinstalled OS several times- drivers upgrade many versions of them- latest windows update- many different advices from different resourses like disable energy saving etc.- replacing sensor at service centerchecked events of this device, at time when sensor is not works, have errors li

I am experiencing the same thing.

"The device Control Vault w/ Fingerprint Touch Sensor (location WBF Function) is offline due to a user-mode driver crash. Windows will attempt to restart the device 5 more times. Please contact the device manufacturer for more information about this problem."

It is causing issues on login on my new Dell Latitude E7470 with Windows 10 build 14372. As far as I am aware, I am running the most recent drivers and the problem persists.

Where is the solution?

 

Does anyone have a working network driver for Dell Latitude 5420

I have problem with my fingerprint sensor on Windows 7, 8.1 and 10. After sleeping mode I am getting message that A control Vault w / Swipe Fingerprint Sensor (WBF location Function) is offline due to an error in the user mode driver. Number of further attempts
to restart Windows installations: 5. For more information about this issue, please contact the manufacturer.

Dell E7450

Core I7, 8GB ram, SSD,

latest drivers and BIOS from DELL. I tried it on W7, W8.1 and W10. And everywhere is the same problem.
