Windows 10: Dell computer start up problem

Hi, I have dell 780 desktop. While I installed apps and swiched off and again turn it on, it says press F1, F2, F5 and after pressing F1 to continue, it says "Entering power save" and starts to process. Then it again ask to strike F1 to continue. Nothing is desplayed except Strike F1, F2, F5. Anyone help me?

Need some advice on computer problems.

Run HDtune (free version) on you hard drive. but most likely that the problem. You can also test your memory with Memtest86 as suggested above
