Windows 10: Deleting files from onedrive also deleted them from my PC?

Good afternoon,I was attempting this afternoon to stop OneDrive from trying to backup everything on my computer, as I never wanted it, since it came preinstalled with windows. I mostly use this PC for gaming, but do some work from here to there. Every 5 minutes I get a notification on my onedrive saying "you're onedrive is out of storage," and fed up with this harrasment, I tried to free up space by just deleting everything in the one drive folder. What I didn't realize, and what I wasn't warned of before clearing these files, is that they would also be removed from my PC at the same time. So

Cannot delete files in Temp

There are a few files that i cant delete in
C:\Documents and Settings\1st User\Local Settings\Temp
which are ~DF567B.tmp, ~DFB71E.tmp, ~ROMFN_000007A8 and Perflib_Perfdata_7a8.dat. And some times there are a few more.
What are these files and why cant they be deleted?

 

Photos deleted from gallery, deleted on Onedrive

It sounds like your photos deleted from gallery have also been deleted on Onedrive.

First I suggest you try to check maybe the Deleted Galary on your phone to see if it's possible to get deleted photos back. Then you may try to visit the OneDrive website to see if the photos you synced are there. If not, you may follow the steps listed on this link | Find lost or missing files in OneDrive (microsoft.com) to see if they could be found back.
