Windows 10: Deleted two files, recycle bin emptied 4 months ago when i deleted them Still there taking...

I have been confused on this for a while but, i have deleted two files after i got my siblings pc, i had downloaded VOICEMOD, and BLUESTACKS months ago, but deleted their files, not directly from installed apps. When i go on installed apps, they are still there and taking space. 459 MB, 319 MB. I have nothing in the recycle bin, its been emptied around 10 times since i have been deleting a bunch of files, and VOICEMOD, BLUESTACKS have been just sitting there for a month and it wont allow me to delete it, i dont know if i made a mistake deleting the file in file explorer or not but its ann

Simple!

• To delete all downloads: Open the Downloads folder, then delete the lot.
• To empty the Recycle Bin: Right-click it, then left-click "Empty Recycle Bin"

There is a lot of power in right-clicks!

 

Deleting items in Recycle Bin

I deleted them directly from the Recycle Bin. I did what you suggested - clicking on Empty Recycle Bin - but it did not help. Any other suggestions? Thanks
