Windows 10: Delete personal information before selling/gifting Windows 11 computers

How do I wipe personal data and account info from two Windows 11 computers and remove them from my Microsoft account information?Computer #1 is a Surface Pro 6 that originally came with Windows 10 Home that was later upgraded to Windows 10 Education, then later still migrated to Windows 11 Education. I am selling it and want to preserve the Windows 11 Education OS for the buyer. But I want to remove all my personal data and account information so that it cannot be easily recovered by private individuals. I'm not worried about sophisticated government recovery techniques. Its hard drive is

Specifically what programs do you want them to use.

Ideally, when selling / gifting a computer you should first do a Windows Reset to wipe out all of your personal information. Then you can re-install any applications you want to share.
