Windows 10: delete account

I added a separate local account and before I could use it I forgot the password to my email that i created to go with it and now i cannot seem to be able to delete it .How can I delete it or change the settings to where I can delete it?

Remove account

I suggest you backup your personalized files first before removing the account.
To delete an account, follow these steps:

1. Press WIN + X keys and click Command Prompt (Admin) from the menu.
2. Type the following command and press Enter. Replace test with the name of your sister's account. Code:

 

Deleted account keeps reappearing

Step 1: Steps to Remove a User Account in Settings

  Press Windows

Step 3: Steps to Delete a User Account in Run command.
