Windows 10: December 10, 2024—KB5048652 OS Builds 19044.5247 and 19045.5247

Hi I installed this update on my windows 10 pc, I'm running windows 10 home 64bit on a HP 860-077a, with IntelR CoreTM i7-6700 CPU @ 3.40GHz 3.41 GHz and GX970 GPU, I installed this update and it broke my pc, on reboot which took over 3minutes, I lost the task bar on boot up, on loading when pc showed desktop, took another few minutes for programs to load, managed to access progams via windows button, then found on accessing browser my internet speed had crashed from 40meg to 10meg, browser was so slow at accessing web pages even after closing and trying to reload, I use Chrome which s

How to update windows OS version 19044 to 19045 using Azure update management?

We are using Azure update management to control the updates to windows OS. I want to know how can I leverage Azure update management to update clients windows devices from 19044 to 19045.
