Windows 10: DCOM got error "1115"

After I updated my windows, In eventviewer i have seen that TrustedInstaller service failed to start.Source: DistributedCOMEvent ID: 10005Error message: "DCOM error 1115 while starting service TrustedInstaller with argument "Not available" to execute server Windows Windows Server 2019 Datacenter

After I updated my windows 1-2 months ago, my computer started to shot down automatically. Timing of the shut down is randomly, I couldn't find any action which I take, related to the shutdown. I checked the hardware and heat problem but the problem isn't
hardware. When I checked the event viewer, I found 1 error during shutdown time which occurs more then 20 times in 1 sec.

Hello,

This morning when I started up my computer, it blue-screened and rebooted. When I looked in the log for reasons, it states this "DCOM detected error 1115 when trying to start the UsoSvc service with the arguments Not available to start the server:
{B91D5831-B1BD-4608-8198-D72E155020F7}". The only thing I can think of is that the antivirus I use (Bitdefende) was updated before that. Could this be caused by this?(I use a combination of bitdefender and malwarebytes and I know that a combination of two antiviruses is not recommended, but I've been using these two for years without problems and they seem to complement each other well...) I found somewhere that the 1115 error is sometimes associated with a third-party antivirus. Otherwise, the PC works perfectly well and the blue screen has not been repeated so far. Thx
