Windows 10: DCOM got error "1084"

I've decided that I wanted to wipe everything off my computer I have done this 2 times in the past about 6 months apart and both times nothing has gone wrong. This time however I have done it and everything has gone wrong I have re-installed windows about 7-8 times in the past 4 days trying to understand or figure out what is wrong. Each time I load into windows I'm fine until the computer starts to automatically update one of the updates it installs what m assuming cause my computer to crash but I can't figure out what one the only time i can do anything on my computer is within safe mode. th

My PC: GIGABYTE B450 GAMING X Sapphire Radeon PULSE RX 5500 XT 4G OC, 4GB GDDR6 Transcend 32GB (4x8GB) DDR4 2666 AMD Ryzen 5 2600 Seasonic Focus GX 550 Gold SSD disk Kingston A400 240GB 7mm HDD WD 3.5" 1TB If I install the driver on the graphics card, the screen will black and the PC will not boot. Now sometimes I manage to install the driver and everything is fine, but after restarting or shutting down the PC, the same thing again. The PC cuts during loading. And again only safe mode and still the same errors in the event viewer. After searching the internet, I found out that hundreds of people encounter this problem and do not know how to deal with it. There are a lot of wannabe tutorials on how to deal with this, but none help. I turn here to ask if anyone knows what it is. I'm already desperate and there are no new graphics cards on the market.
