My PC is a m.2 nvme 1tb SDD, Asus Prime x570 Pro motherboard, Ryzen 3900xt, 32GB of G. Skill RAM 3600mhz, Zotac Twin Edge 3070 OC, Corsair RM750x PSU, and a 500GB SATA SDD used for game storage.

The error codes in the subject are what I see in event viewer, there's one with D3DDRED2 and two with livekernalevent. The D3DDRED2 code mentions the Valhalla .exe file.

I am running a fresh install of windows which resolved some general issues I was having that is unrelated. I keep having crashes in Valhalla randomly and seemingly no reason. Most of them I was streaming to discord, but not in every case. Everything is fully updated and I have tried many things. I have played other games with no issues yet, but I have put a ton of time into Valhalla so it's hard for me to say for sure. I play Destiny 2 regularly, tooled around in Witcher 3, and played a lil monster hunter world. I am worried the GPU is no good, but it's hard to say. I kind of feel like I need to specifically test DX12 games.

    :)

  3. LiveKernalEvent Code 141

I am almost certain it pertains to my Graphics Card (Nvidia Geforce GTX 1070), but here is what I get when I check the Reliability Report.

    Problem Event Name: LiveKernelEvent

    Code: 141

    Parameter 1: ffff918f2b393010

    Parameter 2: fffff8006e0aed6c

    Parameter 3: 0

    Parameter 4: 3680

    OS version: 10_0_18362

    Service Pack: 0_0

    Product: 768_1

    OS Version: 10.0.18362.2.0.0.768.101

    Locale ID: 1033

    Extra information about the problem

    Bucket ID: LKD_0x141_Tdr:6_IMAGE_nvlddmkm.sys_Pascal_3D

    Server information: 294a8105-ceb2-4df7-a049-f4358b36ba46

I have uninstalled the driver and deleted related files(checked the box upon uninstall), Reinstalled the latest driver, and completed a clean boot.

Believing I solved the issue, I booted up Overwatch and found my computer crashing again.

Any additional help would be appreciated.

    Constant Display Driver Crashes

For a while now I have been having quite a few problems with my GPU (GTX 770) I have used DDU to uninstall my drivers and performed a clean install but the problem still persists. I have also run a memtest for 8 passes with no errors.

    problems include:

    • FPS drops
    • BSOD
    • Driver Crashes
    • Monitors going to black and not coming back on

I have been receiving many driver crashes (display driver stopped responding and has recovered) sometimes my monitors will go to black and not come back on, if I was watching something at the time I can still hear the audio, but the monitors will remain off, forcing me to restart my computer.

I have also received a few BSOD as well as FPS issues.

Checking reliability manager there are 2 main errors I am receiving:

    • LiveKernalEvent Code 117
    • LiveKernalEvent Code 141

Almost without fail, I will receive a driver crash within the first 5 minutes of launching a game after freshly booting my PC in the morning, after this initial crash it is unknown as to when the next crash will be, sometimes I won't receive another for the day, other times I will receive more at random times, but the first crash is almost guaranteed within the first 5 minutes.

I would like to add that I also receive these driver crashes just while browsing, I don't have to be playing a game for these crashes to occur.

I have no real idea what to look for other than temperature in GPU-Z but here is an image of GPU-Z stats during FPS problems: https://i.imgur.com/pIxltLM.gif
