Windows 10: D key not working properly

I've had this problem for a while now like 1 or 2 years ago but I can't seem to get rid of it. My "d" key won't work properly, there are times that is works and times it won't. When I bought a new keyboard, the problem is still there. This mostly happens when I play games, specifically minecraft, on different games it works alright.

Equals Key Wont Work

We suggest that you update the keyboard driver. You may follow the steps below:

• Press Windows logo + X key on the keyboard.
• Select Device Manager.
• Expand Keyboards.
• Click on the driver and click on Update Driver Software.
• Click on Next and follow the steps in the wizard that appears.
