Windows 10: Currently, this hardware is not connected to the computer. Code 45 -Windows 10

We have two Lenovo ThinkPad laptops. One is approximately 9 years old, the other approximately 4 years old. Both have built-in DVD/CD players. We have used the DVD players many times in the past without a problem. But I can't remember when the last time was. When we moved to Mexico from the US a little over a year ago, my wife brought several of her DVDs with her. Last week she placed a DVD not Blu-ray into the tray and slid it back in...nothing. I placed the disc in my laptop...same thing."DVD/CD-RAM drives" does not display under Device Manager until I select "Show hidden devices". I check

Hello. After a recent Windows 10 update my bluetooth device has dissappeared from my computer. To view it I have to "show hidden devices" on the device manager. When I rightclick on it it says that "Currently, this hardware device is not connected to the computer. (Code 45)". It asks me to reconnect the device. I cannot reconnect the device as it has not been unconnected. The PC has not been moved or changed. All was working fine until I updated the computer.

Please advise what I should do.
