Windows 10: Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 22H2 for x64-based Systems KB5036892 download error

I have tried troubleshooting, some cmd prompt fixes, checked firewall & I only use windows antivirus. how to fix 2023-03 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 Version 22H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5023706)

Why would an in-place Upgrade solve this problem? I did all the steps listed here but not the in-place update. The error I see in the Windows update window is "Download error - 0x8024401c" for 2023-03 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 Version 22H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5023706). Its been logging this error since 3/17/2023

Note that on 2/15 everything seemed fine:

2023-02 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 Version 22H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5022845)

Successfully Installed on 2/15/2023

2023-02 Cumulative Update for .NET Framework 3.5 and 4.8.1 for Windows 11, version 22H2 for x64 (KB5022497)

Successfully Installed on 2/15/2023

 

Cumulative Update for Windows 10 for x64-based Systems (KB3156387) will not install

Anyone else having problems getting the Cumulative Update for Windows 10 for x64-based Systems (KB3156387) installed? This update has been failing for me & doing a failed to update after downloading & reboot, then rebooting & removing the update.

V 10.0 build 10240

I just ran all of those steps including the last to install windows using the iso file.

Unfortunately I am getting the same error.
