Windows 10: Critical error: Kernel power 41

Hi, I hope someone can help me.I bought a new pre built PC in March 2024 and noticed as time went by that my computer would have weird restarts. In August or September I checked event viewer and noticed I would have a critical log saying Kernel power 41 going back since march. This would happen about every week or so I would use my pc about 3 or 4 times a week if that. I have i9 14900k and aware of the stability degradation scandal with intel and updated bios and undervolted too but I keep getting this critical error. Going back through the system log I noticed the critical error was logged

Thankyou very much for your reply. In relation to your first post, I have carried out steps 10-22 (apart from step 15, I will attempt to leave it running with this tonight). The screenshots are attached. I have also uninstalled the programmes detailed above. Unfortunately, as my laptop is a custom built from PCSpecialist, they do not provide BIOS updates anywhere easily accessible. I will phoen them today and see if there are any updates.

Kernel Power 41 error

I found something to do with sound drivers, the guy solved the error. Don't know if it helps but it might give you a clue.
